Even though current restrictions from the NI Executive have changed, The Methodist Church in Ireland, along with the other main denominations throughout the Provence, acknowledge current guidelines from the NI Executive have changed. However masks must still be worn while singing and moving around inside the church buildings, this said, while seated mask removal is now permitted if desired. Please respect the safety of your fellow worshippers, particularly the vulnerable and those who care for them.

The Methodist Church in Ireland also has asked EVERYONE to ensure that they take up the vaccination.

Joel 2:28-32

The day of the Lord

²⁸‘And afterwards,
    I will pour out my Spirit on all people.
Your sons and daughters will prophesy,
    your old men will dream dreams,
    your young men will see visions.
²⁹Even on my servants, both men and women,
    I will pour out my Spirit in those days.
³⁰I will show wonders in the heavens
    and on the earth,
    blood and fire and billows of smoke.
³¹The sun will be turned to darkness
    and the moon to blood
    before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the Lord.
³²And everyone who calls
    on the name of the Lord will be saved;
for on Mount Zion and in Jerusalem
    there will be deliverance,
    as the Lord has said,
even among the survivors
    whom the Lord calls.^[a]

Acts 2:42-47

The fellowship of the believers

⁴²They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer. ⁴³Everyone was filled with awe at the many wonders and signs performed by the apostles. ⁴⁴All the believers were together and had everything in common. ⁴⁵They sold property and possessions to give to anyone who had need. ⁴⁶Every day they continued to meet together in the temple courts. They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts, ⁴⁷praising God and enjoying the favour of all the people. And the Lord added to their number daily those who were being saved.
