Meet the Team

Rev Sam Campbell  -Minister-

Psalm 8:1-5

1 Lord, our Lord, how majestic is your name in all the earth! You have set your glory in the heavens. 2 Through the praise of children and infants you have established a stronghold against your enemies, to silence the foe and the avenger. 3 When I consider your heavens, the work of your fingers, the moon and the stars, which you have set in place,  4 what is mankind that you are mindful of them, human beings that you care for them? 5 You have made them a little lower than the angels and crowned them with glory and honor.

Colin McDowell -Society Steward-

John 14:1-6

Jesus Comforts His Disciples
“Do not let your hearts be troubled. You believe in God[a]; believe also in me. My Father’s house has many rooms; if that were not so, would I have told you that I am going there to prepare a place for you? And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to be with me that you also may be where I am. You know the way to the place where I am going.”

Christine McCausland -Secretary –

Psalm 46: 10
Be STILL and know that I AM God
“What a promise. Everything is in His timing not ours –  He CAN move the mountains.”

Adrian Borland -Treasurer-

John 3:17

17 For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him.

2 Corinthians 5:17-19

17 Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here! 18 All this is from God, who reconciled us to himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation:19 that God was reconciling the world to himself in Christ, not counting people’s sins against them. And he has committed to us the message of reconciliation.

Elaine Gowdy  -Youth Pastor-

Psalm 36:5

5 Your love, Lord, reaches to the heavens,
your faithfulness to the skies.

“it’s good to remember God is faithful ALL the time, even when we think things have gone wrong, He is in control, He is faithful and He continues to love us.”

Evelyn Humphreys  -Congregational Representative-

Psalm 121:1&2

A song of ascents.

Janine Lowry  -Congregational Representative-

Lamentations 3:22-23

22 The faithful love of the LORD never ends! His mercies never cease. 23 Great is his faithfulness; his mercies begin afresh each morning.

John 3: 16

For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.

Cyril Kelly  -Church Maintenance-

John 14:1-7

“Do not let your hearts be troubled. You believe in God[a]; believe also in me. My Father’s house has many rooms; if that were not so, would I have told you that I am going there to prepare a place for you? And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to be with me that you also may be where I am. You know the way to the place where I am going.”Thomas said to him, “Lord, we don’t know where you are going, so how can we know the way?”Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. If you really know me, you will know my Father as well. From now on, you do know him and have seen him.”

  1. Great to read & see all the good things you are doing in the community, very encouraging. I had the privileged to work for the church with the Rev Tom Johnson when they first moved in their temporary building. Very fond memories of the church and the folk of New Mossley. Please pass my love on to any one who may remembers me. Still hoping to visit sometime to see how the church is doing as well as Glengormley Methodist church. God Bless & Love,
