From Easter Sunday to Pentecost Sunday churches across the Connexion are invited to be part of 50 Days of Wholehearted Prayer – a special focus on prayer linking in with our friends at 24-7 Prayer Ireland. 

We will come before God in prayer, seek God’s vision, and invite the Holy Spirit to awaken us for the challenge of “Living wholeheartedly as followers of Jesus for the transformation of the world.”

Easter Sunday 17th April to Pentecost Sunday 5th June 2022

Launching with Conference 2022, the Methodist Church In Ireland is setting aside the 2022/23 Connexional year to focus on this vision statement:

On Covenant Sunday, the Secretary of Conference shared a dream that this wouldn’t just be a “vision statement, or a statement of hope, or an aspiration to which we hold, but in the Grace of God and in the power of the Spirit that it would be a reality for the people called Methodist and for God’s glory!”
